Summary: This hotel is in an excellent location, within 1 minute of Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. Our room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were both very professional and helpful, I would also like to congratulate the hotel on a fabulous breakfast freshly prepared in the kitchen. We experienced two issues with our room: the room keys on arrival were not working, and the toilet in our room, 410, failed to flush the following morning during our first night in the hotel. The staff immediately resolved both problems to our satisfaction, we can't thank them enough for their professionalism. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Summary: Fantastic hotel. Fair price and incredibly nice and comfortable - literally Ritz Carlton quality room, beds, bathroom, amenities, etc. super comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. 45 second walk from main square in old city. Less than 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge. PERFECT location. My first time in Prague but I would always stay in this hotel when I am here.

Summary: Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Location was right in old town square and I was able to walk everywhere. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and fast. Definitely recommend this hotel. If you’re visiting the castle from here I suggest you take a taxi to the main entrance, it is a steep climb.

Summary: Great stay in perfect central location for Prague. Easy walk to highlights, but still quiet being off of the main street. Room was modern, spacious, and comfortable, particularly the bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen in a European hotel. I tried out the steak restaurant and the spa, and both were excellent as well. Highly recommended, and a reasonable value.

Summary: When we arrived, Check in no problem as the staff help to move the luggages. BUT upon check out the staff just stand there and SEE us for nothing help even not saying good morning at that time !!! Not a good feeling thought !!!
